Terms of service

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern the agreement between the company LUCIA RAMOS MUZIO, ES765876234V, address (Apartado de Correos 83, Algeciras, Cádiz) and the Customer, through the website www.osseki.com.

2. Contracting Procedure

2.1. Eligibility to Purchase

To place an order through the website, the Customer must be of legal age (18 years or older). Minors are expressly excluded.

 

2.2. How to Place an Order

To place an order through the website, the Customer must follow these steps:

A. Once you have chosen the desired products, you have two options: either add them to the cart using the "Add to Cart" button and purchase them later; or purchase them directly using the "Buy Now" button.

B. Review the order in Your Cart and press "Pay Now."

C. Enter user information and delivery address.

D. Choose the payment method and click "Pay Now." By clicking the "Pay Now" button on the order form, the Customer unreservedly accepts all the Terms and Conditions of Sale that appear on the website at the time of ordering. These terms and conditions are detailed in a pop-up window at the end of the order process, and acceptance of these conditions is required for order validation.

D. Make the payment.

E. If payment is authorized, the Customer will shortly thereafter receive confirmation of receipt of the order by email to their email address. Except in the circumstances described below in Sections 2.3 and 2.4, this confirmation constitutes OSSEKI's acceptance of the Customer's order and constitutes a binding contract between the Customer and OSSEKI, subject to availability. It is recommended that the Customer print and/or save a copy of the Terms and Conditions of Sale when placing the order, as well as the email itself, for future reference.

OSSEKI may change the Terms of Sale at any time, without direct prior notice to the Customer. However, OSSEKI will announce such changes on the Website in advance. Furthermore, once the Customer has received confirmation of receipt of their order from OSSEKI, the Terms of Sale applicable to it cannot be changed.

2.3. Product Availability

The completion of an order through the Website is subject to product availability. OSSEKI attempts to guarantee stock of all items for sale. If the ordered product is unavailable or out of stock, the Customer will be notified by email and will be refunded the amount paid within 15 days of payment.

2.4. OSSEKI's Right to Cancel an Order

OSSEKI reserves the right to refuse any order, cancel it, or not accept a confirmed order for, among other reasons, the following: A technical or pricing error occurred on the Website when the order was placed. The product listed in the order is unavailable. The payment information provided was incorrect or unverifiable. Security systems indicate that the order is anomalous or may be fraudulent. OSSEKI has been unable, after two attempts, to deliver the order to the address provided.

2.5. Data Verification

Before processing an order placed by the Customer, OSSEKI may verify the Customer's details. This may include verifying the Customer's address and creditworthiness, as well as any potential fraud. Regarding potential fraud, OSSEKI may use a partially automated verification of all purchases to filter out those deemed anomalous or suspicious, and those suspected of fraud. Orders suspected of fraud will be investigated, and OSSEKI reserves the right to seek legal action against the Customer from the relevant authorities.

3. Price and Payment

3.1. Prices and Currency

The prices displayed on the website include VAT (Value Added Tax) and are only valid for orders placed online through the Website. These prices are in Euros (€).

3.2. Payment Method

To pay for the order, the Customer can do so with any credit or debit card through the integrated Shopify Payments payment platform. The charge will be made upon order confirmation.

3.3. Price Changes

The prices displayed on the website are subject to change. OSSEKI reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. However, upon receipt of order confirmation, the prices payable for that order will not change. OSSEKI informs you that, despite meticulous updates to the prices on the Website, they may contain errors. Any errors appearing in prices will be corrected promptly and will not be binding on OSSEKI.

3.4. Value Added Tax

Thus, all purchases made through the website will be subject to VAT, 21% included in the price payable by the Customer.
