1. Competent Jurisdiction

Purchases made through the OSSEKI Website and under these Terms of Sale are subject to Spanish law.

Any dispute or disagreement arising from the application or interpretation of the Terms of Sale, as well as the contracts incorporated therein, shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Algeciras, Spain, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any other jurisdiction.

However, if the Customer has the status of consumer under Spanish Consumer and User Protection Law, the competent courts shall be those of the consumer's place of residence in Spain.

2. Intellectual Property

At OSSEKI, we protect our inventions with Utility Models (application U202431613). Do not copy our products, or we will be forced to take legal action.
