4. Delivery
4.1. Delivery: Where and When
Deliveries are made every day of the week except weekends (weekends being Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays in the destination country. Orders can only be delivered to private residences or offices in the following countries: Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), France (except the Overseas Departments), Germany (except Heligoland and the city of Büsingen am Hochrhein), the Netherlands (except Aruba and the Netherlands Antilles), and the rest of the European Union.
Deliveries are made during office hours. Therefore, Customers are asked to use their work addresses or other addresses where someone can receive the package.
If you wish to receive an OSSEKI product in any other country not mentioned in this document, conditions will vary according to the shipping policy and additional costs of the logistics provider at the time of purchase.
4.2. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within a maximum of 3 business days both within Spain and Europe. The delivery time is normally met, and although OSSEKI cannot guarantee punctuality as it depends entirely on the logistics operator, all orders are delivered within a maximum of 30 days after the date of confirmation of receipt of the order. Once the order has been shipped, the Customer receives a notification email with the estimated delivery date.
4.3. Verification upon receipt
The Customer must verify the condition of the package upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Customer should not accept delivery. OSSEKI informs that delivery must be verified within a reasonable period of time after receipt. If no notification of rejection of the products has been received within 15 days of delivery, Osseki will consider the Customer to have accepted the delivery. This does not affect the Customer's right to return or exchange an order, as set forth below in the Refund Policy.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs apply to each order. The exact costs for each order depend on the country of receipt.
Delivery rates are as follows:
Zone 1: Spain, €2.99 for standard delivery.
Zone 2: Europe, €6.99 for standard delivery.
