1. How does the Push Box organizer protect against rust? Our jewelry box is made of 100% silicone, a moisture-resistant material, and has a closure that reduces exposure to air and external agents, thus reducing the likelihood of rust compared to other alternatives on the market.
2. What type of jewelry can I store in the Push Box organizer? This model is ideal for rings, small hoop earrings (ring size), and stud earrings of a wide variety of shapes and sizes.
3. Can I store large hoop earrings or hook earrings in the Push Box organizer? No, we'll be launching another model for those earrings soon.
4. Can I store chains in the Push Box organizer to prevent them from getting tangled? No, we'll also be launching a special organizer for chains. We're working on it.
5. Is silicone safe for delicate jewelry? Yes, the interior is designed not to scratch or damage your pieces, as they are held together to avoid the friction found in a traditional storage box.
6. How do I clean the organizer? Use a soft, damp cloth to remove dust from the exterior. Silicone is a very durable material and requires no special care. Afterward, use a soft, dry cloth to remove any remaining moisture.
7. How compact is the organizer? It's small enough to travel with, yet offers ample space for your earrings at home. We've stored anywhere from 12 to 20 pairs in the same box, depending on the size and shape of the earrings. It has a larger capacity than other products on the market in terms of space, thanks to the flexibility of hanging earrings without the need for static compartments.
8. Do you offer a guarantee or returns? Yes, you have 14 days to return the product if it doesn't meet your expectations as it's an online purchase. This is except for special occasions, such as Christmas, where we extend the return period.
9. Is there a shipping cost? Shipping is free throughout mainland Spain for purchases over €50. For purchases under €50, shipping is:
- Peninsular Spain - 2.99 EUR
- Spain Balearic Islands - 6.99 EUR
10. Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship with a fixed rate of 6.99 EUR.
11. How long will it take for my order to arrive? The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours depending on your location in Spain. For international shipments allow 5 to 7 days.
