Refund policy

1. Return of Non-Conforming Products

The Customer has the right to return non-conforming products up to 15 calendar days after receipt, by previously informing OSSEKI at info@osseki.com with the order number and the reason for non-conformity. You will receive a response by email with the address where the product should be sent and the necessary details to process the return.


If the return is accepted, OSSEKI will refund the full value of the product within fifteen (15) days of OSSEKI receiving the returned product. OSSEKI will indicate the process for collecting the box, with a fixed cost for the Customer of €2.99 for Spain and 6.99 for rest of EU where our products are shipped.

The foregoing is without prejudice to the Customer's rights as a consumer under current mandatory consumer protection regulations.

2. Return of products for any reason (Right of Withdrawal)

If the Customer is not satisfied with the purchased products, for any reason, they have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to return the product without giving any explanation. The Customer may return the purchased product provided that: The product has not been subject to excessive use.

The product is complete (two items forming a single unit must be returned together).

The products must be returned in their original packaging and labels along with the relevant Return Note. OSSEKI will, after examination and assessment, refund the price of the product and shipping costs to the Customer within fifteen (15) days of receiving the returned product.

3. Product Exchange

Currently, products cannot be exchanged. To obtain an accessory in a different color, the Customer must return the original item and place a new order through the OSSEKI Website.

4. Gift Returns

To return a product received as a gift, the Customer must contact the person who gave the gift and ask them to follow the return procedure. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

5. Refund Information

The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Except as provided in Section 2, OSSEKI will not issue any refund until it receives the product and verifies its condition in the warehouse. Once the product's condition has been verified, the Customer will receive a refund within fifteen (15) days of receiving the product for which the refund was issued by OSSEKI.
